A critical issue in every distance learning project is the type of teaching and evaluation model we are referring to. The research project Orbis Dictus, implemented by the Department of Educational Design (DIPED) of Roma Tre University, has as its main reference the general interpretative model described by Johann Clauberg in his Logica vetus et nova (1652)1. The German philosopher indicates three main directions to follow, each one identified by a question. This short paper shows a first attempt to answer the last one: Quomodo quid tradere conveniat (What are the operative solutions usable in teaching) and it focuses on the resources that the technological development has made available for teaching to date. It will also illustrate the new resources specifically designed in our research project.
