Here we discuss the paper by Feuerverger and propose possible ways in which the statistical analysis could be extended. We will base our discussion on the following issues: we show how to deal with the uncertainty in name frequencies; we make comments on the DNA evidence and propose the analysis of different items of evidence is given; finally we shows how an object-oriented Bayesian network (OOBN) can be structured for combining different items of evidence.

Abstract
Here we discuss the paper by Feuerverger and propose possible ways in which the statistical analysis could be extended. We will base our discussion on the following issues: we show how to deal with the uncertainty in name frequencies; we make comments on the DNA evidence and propose the analysis of different items of evidence is given; finally we shows how an object-oriented Bayesian network (OOBN) can be structured for combining different items of evidence.File in questo prodotto:
