The purpose of this research is to increase the potential and the integration of the "Motorways of the Sea" (MoS), the combined shipping to road modal transport. The study analyzes the mode of transport and through the analysis of supply (transport services, naval and maritime infrastructure) and demand (current and induced) assess the criticality of the system. The work analyzes the actions taken to promote Italian shipping routes, where Ecobonus hold a key role, and proposes a new distribution model. The new distribution system, the model of multi-port type, is evaluated and compared with that current point-to-point one through the estimation of the costs of production. Considering sure the potential of the service and a growing demand for movement of goods, the goal is to create links with services that develop in space, through the identification of new routes, and time through the optimization of the circulation time.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to increase the potential and the integration of the "Motorways of the Sea" (MoS), the combined shipping to road modal transport. The study analyzes the mode of transport and through the analysis of supply (transport services, naval and maritime infrastructure) and demand (current and induced) assess the criticality of the system. The work analyzes the actions taken to promote Italian shipping routes, where Ecobonus hold a key role, and proposes a new distribution model. The new distribution system, the model of multi-port type, is evaluated and compared with that current point-to-point one through the estimation of the costs of production. Considering sure the potential of the service and a growing demand for movement of goods, the goal is to create links with services that develop in space, through the identification of new routes, and time through the optimization of the circulation time.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
