The experience of the simultaneous flow of Reality - described and analyzed by philosophers William James and Henry Bergson - seems to have inspired the main poetics of the early twenties Vanguards, starting with the italian Futurism. Especially in an artist like Francesco Cangiullo, the main objective is to express this simultaneous synthesis, interpreted as an intimate fusion of visual, acoustic, plastic and tactile aspects inside the same work of art, to turn it into something literally unprecedented and unthinkable. So, the work of art proposes itself just as the mirror of the Chaosmos or Multiversum theorized by thinkers.
