Still, some actions could be developed in the short term, especially in the field of technical and management tools, such as measures for impact reduction by means of special plans and compensatory measures, analysis of impacts in the third dimension in databases, a better clarification of the requirements in the legislation such as the development of small plants at the expense of large installations.
