The first notion of Information Age can be traced back to the early 80’s, when the advent of more and more refined technological applications for the Information processing, alongside with social transformation, gave rise to the fancy that a complete new world was about to be born. Likewise, the whole arrays of Managerial Systems have been reshaped by the rise of the Information Economy. The Interconnected world (Watts, 2003) has become indeed a commonly used expression. This impels a deep investigation about what happens in a large complex system of interconnected agents.

Abstract
The first notion of Information Age can be traced back to the early 80’s, when the advent of more and more refined technological applications for the Information processing, alongside with social transformation, gave rise to the fancy that a complete new world was about to be born. Likewise, the whole arrays of Managerial Systems have been reshaped by the rise of the Information Economy. The Interconnected world (Watts, 2003) has become indeed a commonly used expression. This impels a deep investigation about what happens in a large complex system of interconnected agents.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
