The paper presents a model of persuasion as a case of social influence, and analyzes the multimodal communication in three cases of persuasion: two drawn from films of an italian comic actor, Totò, and one real case of persuasive discourse a pre-electoral debate. In these fragments, cases of direct, indirect and multiple communication are thoroughly analysed through the annotation scheme of the "Musical score" of multimodal communication.

Abstract
The paper presents a model of persuasion as a case of social influence, and analyzes the multimodal communication in three cases of persuasion: two drawn from films of an italian comic actor, Totò, and one real case of persuasive discourse a pre-electoral debate. In these fragments, cases of direct, indirect and multiple communication are thoroughly analysed through the annotation scheme of the "Musical score" of multimodal communication.File in questo prodotto:
