The aim of this work is to identify commons indicators for startups companies that have done an exit and for those that have been liquidated, in order to identify benchmarking indicators that could contribute to predict the future evolution of this type of entities. Through an empirical analysis, we have applied a statistical methodology in order to identify a discriminating function that could predict what could be the evolution, in the next year, of these particular companies. Finally, the last step of this work was to test the model in other startups’ financial reports.
