In this contribution, we discuss the potential of electromagnetic invisibility for antenna arrays. We focus our attention on a popular and widely-used parasitic array, i.e., the Yagi-Vda antenna, and we will show how electromagnetic cloaking enables tailoring its radiation pattern in several unprecedented manners. In particular, we first show how cloaking allows interlacing more Yagi-Vda arrays making possible the design of extremely compact and directive dual-band antennas with opposite pointing directions. Then, we describe the case of a power-dependent Yagi-Vda antenna whose radiation pattern can be tailored by acting on the antenna input power.
