In this paper, we examine a new approach to electronic component reliability that is more suited to Industry 4.0. We will examine the case study of the NE555 integrated circuit, its reliability as a single component and placed on a board populated by other components, developing a new reliability point of view for complex systems.

Abstract
In this paper, we examine a new approach to electronic component reliability that is more suited to Industry 4.0. We will examine the case study of the NE555 integrated circuit, its reliability as a single component and placed on a board populated by other components, developing a new reliability point of view for complex systems.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
