The contribution returns the results of a research conducted at the Department of Architecture of Roma Tre University, focused on the development and application of specific indicators in the planning, selection, design and execution phases of urban regeneration projects. An initial outcome of the research is the result of the authors’ collaboration on the implementation phase of the call for proposals for the “National Innovative Program for Housing Quality” (PINQuA), under the guidance of Prof. Adolfo F. L. Baratta, an expert of the Technical Mission Structure of the Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility. The authors, in fact, collaborated in the drafting of the indicators system, aimed at evaluating the proposals submitted in the call, promoting a model of interpretation of interventions for the quality of living. After returning a general overview on the topic of indicators, with a focus on those related to the environmental dimension, the contribution illustrates the system adopted in PINQuA and considers, in conclusion, the possible impacts on the set of indicators of projects with brick solutions. On the latter point, the paper highlights how the use of brick in project proposals can contribute to a positive response on multiple indicators, such as the amount of recycled material, local availability of supply, and, finally, on some economic criteria.

Abstract
On the latter point, the paper highlights how the use of brick in project proposals can contribute to a positive response on multiple indicators, such as the amount of recycled material, local availability of supply, and, finally, on some economic criteria.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
