Abstract
Business schools have established themselves as an element of the world of education and business, declining in their educational offerings and re-sponding to the educational needs of today's socie-ty. The focus is on the establishment of business schools in socie-ty, which is accompanied by particular subjects, curricula or teaching methods. The theoretical par-adigm of Martha Naussbaum, formalised in a workshop in the curriculum of the business school in question, is used in the discussion. The discus-sion focuses on Humanist Management from a more strictly pedagogical perspectiveI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
