The contribution presents an orientation experience from a pedagogical perspective that took place in the context of a Project aimed at promoting social and labour inclusion opportunities for women with minor children from Ukraine. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, it was appropriate to proceed with a qualitative approach (Ravitch & Carl, 2019) aimed at broadening the understanding of women refugee’s challenges and providing an opportunity to give voice to their personal experiences as proposed by the most recent scientific paradigms of constructivist and narrative career counseling (Savickas et al., 2009).
