Armed conflicts are multiplying relentlessly on a global scale, and the rhetoric of war has become the preferred language of eco-nomic elites and governments. In this context, even domestic pol-icies of discrimination, aimed at limiting the rights of minorities, have adopted the logic of war, as evidenced by the repressive cam-paigns launched in various parts of the world and the rise of techno-fascist and authoritarian systems. The thesis we intend to propose in this contribution is that the fusion of institutional, eco-nomic, and technological powers has eliminated any form of polit-ical mediation, transforming third-millennium capitalism into an exercise of pure command. The only desirable and credible form of resistance therefore appears to be grassroots self-organization within civil society, beginning with the building of resilient com-munities capable of developing collective survival strategies and new visions of liberation

Abstract
The only desirable and credible form of resistance therefore appears to be grassroots self-organization within civil society, beginning with the building of resilient com-munities capable of developing collective survival strategies and new visions of liberationI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
