The study is aimed to assess the teachers’ perception of didactic, evaluation and relational competences after an innovative e-learning degree course promoted by the Department of Education of “Roma Tre” University, and conducted through an online teaching based on self-assessment and on strategies for processing informations through simulation tests of contexts. To survey the effect of this e-learning training, created for in-service training of teachers in kindergarten and primary school, we prepared a specific tool, the CDVR Questionnaire. 287 teachers participated to the on-line training activity. Data collected show an effect of improvement of professional attitudes, an increase in the teacher’s perception of educational and evaluative skills, and also an increase in the teacher’s perception of the ability to understand others, together with a greater mental flexibility, which means creativity. These new attitudes and competences produce an improvement of the individualization of teaching, that generally enhances learning of pupils.

Abstract
These new attitudes and competences produce an improvement of the individualization of teaching, that generally enhances learning of pupils.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
