Abstract
Scaling-up of innovative service ecosystems is a relevant topic for both managers and scholars. It represents a major challenge for engaged actors when adjusting to and taking advantage of changing environments. Technology, in particular digital platforms play a crucial role. Can we explain how service ecosystems scale-up? Which is the contribution of technology platforms to the scaling up of service ecosystem? This work contributes with an extended conceptualization and empirically grounded set of drivers, explaining how different phases emerge and form the scaling up process, emphasizing the role of technology and key actors, often referred to as the entrepreneurs.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
