Scientific investigations show that the adult-mediator plays a crucial role in the reading aloud of children aged 0-6 years (Mantei, Kervin, 2018; Moretti, Briceag, 2019; Batini, Giusti, 202; Moretti, Morini, 2023). The paper presents the outcomes of an exploratory research in which educators in initial training enrolled in the first year of the degree course in “Educator in nursery and childcare services” of the Department of Education Sciences, Roma Tre University were involved. The objective was to collect information on the profile of young adult readers and their point of view on the possibility and ways of introducing reading aloud practices in educational services and education zerosei. Two instruments were used for the data collection: Miall, Kuiken (1995) Literary Response Questionnaire (LRQ), translated and adapted to the Italian context (Moretti, Morini, 2024) and a second questionnaire specifically constructed for the research that collected both qualitative and quantitative data.

Abstract
Two instruments were used for the data collection: Miall, Kuiken (1995) Literary Response Questionnaire (LRQ), translated and adapted to the Italian context (Moretti, Morini, 2024) and a second questionnaire specifically constructed for the research that collected both qualitative and quantitative data.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
